These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the LearnX platform, owned and operated by LearnX, registered in France under SIREN number 928 541 937, with its registered office at 1 passage du maure, 75003 Paris, France.

1. Purpose
LearnX provides online educational content, including training programs, workshops, bootcamps, certification courses, and institutional collaboration services. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, whether they are individuals, companies, or universities.

5. Payment & Right of Withdrawal
- Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), or their equivalent in US dollars ($) where applicable.
- Secure payment is required for access to paid services.
- Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days.
However, this right may be waived once the digital content (e.g., course access) has been delivered or accessed with your express prior consent, in line with Article L221-28. - Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] and are evaluated case-by-case.
6. User Obligations

- LearnX aims to maintain continuous access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, force majeure, or third-party technical issues.
- LearnX is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by French law.
- In case of a dispute, we encourage an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the matter will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
